The ingredients for the dishes are gathered locally. The Seal bar Lounge, which also has great views, serves light snacks and beverages from the lounge menu throughout the day.
Glasgow is only a 30-minute drive away, while Ayr is only a 10-minute drive. Culzean Castle and Country Park, as well as Robert Burn's birthplace, are both within a 15-minute drive. Ayr Racecourse and luxury golf courses are available in the region near Marine Troon. The football clubs Celtic and Rangers are both within a 30-minute drive.
