The Cluanie Inn is located in the lonely wilderness of Glen Shiel, on the road to the Isle of Skye. With character-filled rooms that are roomy and snug, our highland Inn embodies much of the Highland's particular rustic appeal. The Inn provides hearty, delectable meals, and the cosy ambience of the lobby's crackling log fireplaces makes you feel right at home.

In all of our ensuite rooms, we provide luxurious goose down duvets and pillows, soft white cotton linen, fluffy towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers, and a hair dryer. All of our rooms have an LED flat screen HD TV, an electronic safe, and an iron and ironing board on request. Major credit cards are accepted. We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms.

This is a newly refurbished historic inn. Each room has its own personality, and the photographs are solely for illustration reasons. Certain aspects may differ from one room to the next.

In a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere where visitors and locals meet to enjoy the well-stocked bar, the Cluanie Bar and Kitchen provides mountain-inspired food, a menu of amazing robust staples like burgers, ribs, and steaks, and worldwide favourites.

Landour Bakehouse is a bakery and patisserie built in an old-fashioned Bothy on the route to Skye, across from The Cluanie Inn. In a classic lovely mountain-style café, we provide a delightful assortment of unique homemade cakes, pastries, and sandwiches, some of which are from recipes dating back to the late 1890s. Stop by for a quick pick-up or to savour loaded croissants, scones, muffins, puddings, and other delightful treats while admiring the stunning views of the Highlands' wildness.
